Yes, this is about my other interests ranging from childhood memories, culture, about favourite writers, personalities.
Since I have lived and spent my most years in Madras/Chennai, more specifically in Mylapore, I might have a bias towards the events I am familiar with.
I might be switching to Tamil script for some discussions, the reason being, I do not want to reduce the joy of reading, when translated in English, that might ultimately lose the very essence of what is required to be conveyed.
Sujatha - I am a great fan of this wonderful Tamil writer.
He has penned excellant short stories, mostly centered around his native, Srirangam in Trichy. Given a chance, you could read his short stories again and again, and still be awestruck by the flow and subtle humours he brings in.
